About Frontier Oil Company - II

Frontier Oil Company-II (FOC-II) is a subsidiary of Frontier Works Organization (FWO), established to deliver strategic petroleum pipeline infrastructure that strengthens Pakistan’s national energy security. Licensed by the Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA), FOC–II is implementing the Faisalabad –Thallian – TaruJabba White Oil Pipeline (FTT-WOP) a nationally significant project designed to modernize and secure oil supply network in the northern region of Pakistan.

The FTT-WOP Project comprises a strategically routed pipeline system of approximately 437 km, interconnecting petroleum depots at Faisalabad (Gatti), Thallian (Oil Village – Chakri, Rawalpindi), and TaruJabba (Peshawar). The project is structured to complete Pakistan’s national white oil pipeline backbone, enabling efficient northbound fuel transportation while reducing reliance on road-based logistics.
